Terms of Service

These terms govern every trade you make with giftcardstonaira.ng (“we”, “us”). By starting a trade with us on WhatsApp or using this website, you accept them.

What we do

We buy gift cards from you and pay you in Nigerian naira by bank transfer. Every deal happens one-to-one in a WhatsApp chat: you tell us the card, we quote a rate, you decide.

Quotes and rates

• Rates published on this website are a guide, not a binding offer.
• The rate quoted to you in chat is the rate you are paid for that trade.
• A quote is valid for the trade being discussed at that moment; if you come back later, we re-quote.

Your cards

• You confirm that every card you sell us was legally obtained and is fully paid for.
• You confirm the balance is intact and the card has not been redeemed or promised to anyone else.
• We verify every card before payout. If a card fails verification (already redeemed, wrong region, zero balance), we return it in chat and no trade happens.
• We may refuse any trade, and we will refuse cards we believe to be stolen or fraudulently obtained. We cooperate with lawful investigations.

Payment

• We pay by transfer to a Nigerian bank account you name in chat.
• Our target is within 15 minutes of successful verification. Bank network delays outside our control can occasionally extend this; if it does, we tell you and stay on it.
• You are responsible for giving us correct account details. We are not liable for transfers sent to details you provided incorrectly.

Acceptable use

You may not use our service for money laundering, fraud, or the sale of unlawfully obtained cards. We may ask for receipts or identification when required to keep the platform clean.

Liability

Our liability for any trade is limited to the value of that trade. We are not liable for indirect losses, market movements between quote and trade, or issues arising from third parties (banks, card issuers, network providers).

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Material changes will be dated above.
